Lander Region Biologist Greg Anderson with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department will share a presentation highlighting the insights of the annual movements of our local Dubois elk herds. \nThe presentation will include a look at the incredible journey of elk moving across the landscape with video of “two years in the life of an elk”\, history\, photographs & more. DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to present\, in partnership with the wonderful students at Lights On\, our play Journey to Ram Flat! Please join us at Warm Valley Lodge for our first-ever play production this week. \nGavin the ram and his friends set out to find Ram Flat\, a place high in the Wind River Mountains where the bighorns long to go. The journey is a wild adventure\, filled with encounters with other wildlife\, predators and even disease. The journey leads Gavin and the other bighorns down a path that goes against every one of their instincts. Still\, the bighorns persevere\, reaching Ram Flat to enjoy summer in the high country. \nThis event is free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!
